nowadays, wherever we turn our gaze, we can see different types of food that are easier to prepare. for instance, we can buy frozen foods in a supermarket and just prepare it in a couple of minutes, whereas before it could have taken us maybe hours to prepare this kind of meals. i would accept that this so-called improvement has changed our lives, but i believe that there are some drawbacks as well.

it is true that these kinds of food do not involve hard work to prepare, but food that is easy to prepare generally has some artificial ingredients mied in it that makes it "easy-to-cook". if we take time to read the ingredients, we would definitely come across words like preservatives or?artificial flavorings. it was just a couple of days ago that i came across a newspaper article which stated that someone was poisoned because he ate this type of food. he was hospitalized for almost a month.not having to cook has also taken the fun out of cooking. cooking is an art, but in todays world, this is no more true. people are so busy with their work that they just rely on this simple foods. the invention and production of this foods have made people lazy not only for cooking but also for a well family get-together. it was not like former times when families would sit together and eat freshly baked food. instead, they are getting these artificial things with minimal nutrients in them.

cooking in the yesteryears was much better than todays. people would spend more time in the kitchen, preparing the food in the way that they liked it. this brought families closer together and also contributed to the high quality and nutrition of the food. granted, people are busier nowadays and do not have as much time as they did in the past, but i believe that people have forgotten the importance of healthy, fresh food and of the time a family spends together preparing the food. so, i would say that having food that is easy to prepare has had many disadvantages.

昨天上完课回来我闲着没事干，忽然想起上次观察蚂蚁搬食物非常有意思，于是我叫上妈妈和我一起下楼再去找蚂蚁。

我知道蚂蚁爱吃甜的，所以向姥姥要了几小块冰糖，先下了楼。在楼下我找了半天，终于在一棵树下面发现了蚂蚁洞。不过这儿的蚂蚁个子特别小，恐怕也就1毫米长。我在它附近扔下一小块冰糖，想看一看蚂蚁是怎么搬走冰糖的。

这时妈妈也下来了，她拿了一小把白糖。我问她怎么不用冰糖，妈妈说：“冰糖太大了，蚂蚁不一定搬得动。”我才不信呢，上次我和几个同学就是用一小块糖引蚂蚁的。妈妈没多说什么，只是把白糖分几处撒在蚂蚁洞旁。真奇怪，小蚂蚁从冰糖旁边绕了过去，好像认为这不是甜的一样。它直奔白糖爬过去，然后把一粒白糖抱在胸前，慢慢地爬回洞里，过了一会儿又爬出来，又抱了一粒糖费力地爬回洞去。就这样，它来来回回地爬了好几次，每次都只抱一、两粒。我问妈妈：“这次怎么没看到蚂蚁大军来搬食物呢？”妈妈说：“可能是家里没有蚂蚁了吧。”妈妈停了一下，又说：“这块地太硬，好像有水泥，恐怕不太适合蚂蚁生活，大多数蚂蚁可能都搬家了。”

看了一阵儿，我觉得没意思，就去玩别的了。

今天早晨下楼，我又到那棵树下看了一下，发现那块冰糖还在那儿，动都没动过。妈妈说是因为冰糖太大了，可我觉得不是，上次我们用的比它还大呢。一定是冰糖不够甜，蚂蚁认为它和石子是一样的，才不去搬它的。

这时，三只蚂蚁“侦察兵”被吸引了过来，这三只蚂蚁穿着黑色的铠甲，带着黑黑的头盔，头上还有两个大触角，给它们增加了许多威武。这三只蚂蚁看见这些蛋糕渣，就如同饿汉见到如山一般的面包一样，它们如同脚下踩了一阵风，“嗖”的一下便来到了蛋糕渣面前。但由于它们人数过少，面对面前如此“巨大”的食物，它们也只能只能勉勉强强地搬起三块，但他们并不放弃，立刻返回巢内叫帮手。

它们来到洞口，用自己头上的触角跟伙伴头上的触角碰来碰去，以此来对话，就这样，这三只小蚂蚁率领着蚂蚁大军，再一次来到蛋糕渣跟前。它们就像是分工好了一样，那些小个子蚂蚁，去搬那些小的蛋糕渣，而那些个子大的大力士蚂蚁，去搬那些较大的蛋糕渣，如果遇到了超大的蛋糕渣，他们就发挥团队精神，召集伙伴们，四五个的围在蛋糕渣旁边搬起来，看起来就是蛋糕渣长了脚，会跑似的。还有一些蚂蚁则站在旁边，左顾右盼的，跟一些蚂蚁交头接耳的，指挥着蚁群前进。就这样它们顺顺利利的把蛋糕渣搬回了蚁国。

看它们搬完蛋糕渣我明白了一个道理：

就算是再小的力量，只要团结一心，也能无坚不摧。就算是再大的力量，如果不团结，只不过是一盘散沙。正所谓，人心齐，泰山移。人心散，搬米难。

一轮明月挂在窗前，书桌前放着一个蛋黄月饼，轻轻用小刀切成两半，鲜黄的馅流淌出来，轻咬一口，不腻不甜，纯粹独特，一股清新包围着我，中秋的味儿没变。

小时候喜欢去外婆家，月圆时整栋楼被月饼的清香包围其中，尤为诱人。外婆在灶前用一根擀面杖擀皮，再将馅儿包进皮中，放到模具里用手一压，一个月饼胚子就做好了。烤箱开始工作所发出的“吱吱呀呀”的声响，是中秋歌谣中最贴切的唱腔。调皮的香味被风牵引着来到我的面前，勾引着我的嗅觉，挑逗着我的神经，引着我来到烤箱前，将小脸贴在烤箱温热的壁上，清香氤氲，好舒服。

家乡有个习俗，烤出了第一笼月饼，先供给祖先，然后才能分给大家吃。月饼太香了，常引得我直流口水，大人们为防我偷吃，将月饼放在很高很高的台子上。而我总是站在台子下，两眼望得老高，一边把小手伸得直直的踮脚努力够，一边咽下快流下的口水。月饼常常占据我的整个内心，看着可望而不可即的月饼，心里总是在想快快长大吧。

外婆说月饼吃多会蛀牙，于是每次只能吃半个。用小刀轻轻划开月饼的脆皮，再切开馅儿，小心翼翼不紧不慢。我急得直跺脚，怪外婆切得太慢。每当这时外婆总是“咯咯”直笑，然后在我的抱怨声中将半块月饼稳稳地放在我的手里，另一半则摆回了很高很高的台子上去了。

半个月饼哪能满足我呀，三下五除二之后我又开始惦记着另一半月饼了，于是想快快长大吧。

门前小树隔年，外婆却日渐白头，外婆很少再做月饼，那股纯粹原始的味儿似乎也渐行渐远。窗前明月依然，在我的苦苦哀求下，今年中秋，外婆又做了次月饼，金黄的月饼放在桌前，那香味好像有种魔力牵引着我回到从前。我小心翼翼，不紧不慢，学着外婆的样子轻轻切开月饼。取一半放入口中，那嫩黄软糯的味道是那么熟悉，原来是我一直徘徊在那个中秋的回忆里不肯出来呀。

月饼只吃一半吧，吃多了会蛀牙，留下一半给美好的童年，送给希望的未来。

菠萝乌米的制作过程：将一小碗乌米放在电饭锅中，加少量水就可以了，是平时煮饭水量的三分之一，因为新鲜的乌米一直是浸泡在水中的盖上盖子煮，在乌米饭快要成熟时，把切好的菠萝丁倒入电饭锅内，闷三五分钟即可。将菠萝乌米饭盛出，趁热加入白糖、少许猪油搅拌均匀，稍加冷却后装盘，可以将菠萝掏空后的壳做容器，更美观，菠萝味更重，更美味。
